On Being Present,A Note from Teena Laurent

There is a particular kind of loneliness that comes with success. The diary full, the decisions constant, the performance of competence never quite switching off. I notice it in the men I meet, not as a complaint, but as something quietly carried.

What I offer, at its simplest, is a pause.

I'm Teena Laurent, an independent companion based in London. I meet a small number of gentlemen and occasionally couples for whom time is the real luxury. Dinner at somewhere considered. A private evening with nowhere to be. A few days abroad where the only agenda is ease.

I'm not interested in transactional. I never have been. What draws me to this life is the quality of connection it makes possible, conversations that go somewhere, company that feels genuinely mutual, and the particular pleasure of being completely at ease with another person.

London is where I'm based, though I travel across the UK and internationally for the right engagements. I give seven days' notice for international travel, and I keep my diary deliberately small. That's not a sales line, it's just how I prefer to work.

If any of this resonates, the booking form is a quiet place to start.
